With Osh, Blakesburg and all, we have not had time to get a speaker for our Sept meeting. We'll talk about comming events, Blakesburg, and generally shoot the bull!
Normally we meet at Bob & Dee's in Gardner before the meeting 6:00PM for dinner and social hour. However, it has come to our attention that Bob and Dee's has gone out of business. So this week we will try a new place! La Caretta Mexican restaurant. Several of us tried it one night, and it was great food, at good prices. See ya there at 6:00PM!
VAA Chapter 16 Fly-in 2011

Chapter 16 Fly-in
Place: Gardner Municipal (K34)
Time: Starts 5PM Friday, through Saturday night with departures on Sunday
Events: Bean Bag Drop, Spot Landing, hangar flying and kicking back at an old style flyin.

Annual Lincoln Missouri Fly-in
Date: Saturday, September 11, 2010
Time: 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Place: LINCOLN MUNI (0R2)
Annual Lincoln Municipal Airport Fly-In will be held Saturday, Sept. 11 th, 2010. Breakfast served from 7:00 AM until 10:00 AM. Lunch served from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM. Door prizes awarded at noon. EAA Chapter 1032 Young Eagle Rides will be given. All types of aircraft welcome. Come on out and enjoy real grass field flying-- where we celebrate the freedom to fly in America, at Lincoln , Missouri
