This is a list of the jobs that need to be filled for our 20010 Fly-in.  We need people to take control of each of these categories and  serve basically as Generals.  They will recruit their own people to help them, and organize  their area as they see fit within the  structure of the overall Fly-in.   Jeff and I believe it will make the fly-in run smoother, and make it overall more fun for the volunteers if we have people take control of each aspect of the event.   It's ok to sign up for more than one position as long as the times don't interfere with each other.   So join up, and lets have some fun with it!

     Traffic Advisor - (Gerry Gippner) - will handle radio operations/ traffic advisories
     Ground Ops - (still open) - handle guidance for aircraft to parking area
     Parking - (still open) - Handle parking of aircraft (may be done by Civil Air Patrol).

Registration Gates - General - (Dick & Linda Michaels) West gate
    2 helpers - (Still Open) East gate
     2 helpers - Mckenzi Pratt/her friend - Golf cart welcome wagon  registration
     2 helpers - (still open) - 2 people for 2nd Golf cart welcome wagon  registration  
       Note: Golf cart welcome wagon volunteers meet the arriving aircraft
    at their parking spots and offer to register them there.  Also
    these volunteers sell bottled water and other refreshments
    out on the flight line!

Strong backs and able hands - General - Cam Blazer
10 helpers needed (Kevin Pratt, Jeff Sullen's, Dan Malin, Dale Rose,
  (Randy Klemp, Bob Anderson, Dick Michaels,  Gerry Gippner & still need more)
  Note:  These people are needed to set up the tents and various signs
needed as well as the fencing, etc. to prepare the airport
grounds.

Transportation - At least 1 person to transport to and from hotels  (still open) Note: This person should have access to a car large
enough to handle at least 4 adults!  And will
need to pick folks up in the mornings.
